Fundamental analysis of social attitude on construction reform consensus

全面深化改革,必须凝聚改革共识,共识是全面深化改革的思想基础。由于共识作为群体性认知,很容易受到群体社会心态的影响,共识的形成有着广泛及深层的社会心态基础。良好的社会心态可以形成强大的社会动员力,对改革共识的形成起着无形的组织和凝聚作用;不良社会心态有可能以强大的群体非理性力量,激化社会矛盾,消解改革共识。在全面深化改革背景下,要重点从满足主体利益需求、促进价值认知、理顺社会情绪、增强社会信任等维度建构良好的社会心态,促进改革共识形成。

Deepening the reforms in an all-round way must agglomerate the reform consensus which is the ideological basis of fully reform. As consensus is a group perception,it is prone to be affected by social attitude and shaping consensus also results from a wide and deep social attitude. The positive social attitude can provide powerful social mobilization which helps to the organization and condensation of reform consensus intangibly,on the other way,the negative social attitude may intensify social contradictions and dispel the reform consensus with irrational power. Building the healthy social attitude must concentrate on four dimensions,meeting the needs of the main interests,promoting the value cognition,sorting the social emotions,and enhance the social trust on the background of deepening the reform in an all-round way.
