摘要
针对螺栓类零件氰化镀镉工艺,通过研究电镀时间、电流密度、活化时间、透光时间、钝化时间对镀层厚度的影响,掌握镉镀层成膜厚度的变化规律,建立一套镀层厚度精确控制的工艺方法。该方法可预测镀镉零件在进行相应表面处理工艺后的镀层厚度,为实际生产提供指导。
Through the study of the effect of electroplating time, current density, activation time, light transmission time and passivation time on coating thickness, this study on cyanide cadmium plating process of bolt parts is attempting to master the change rule of film thickness of the cadmium plating process and establish a new method for precise control of coating thickness. The method can be used to predict the thickness of the coating on the surface of the cadmium plated parts and provide guidance for the actual production.
