摘要
以大鼠为实验动物,探讨丹参对高铜日粮所引发肝损伤的保护作用。实验结果显示,丹参能够通过调节肝内AST和ALT的活性改善铜中毒大鼠肝脏功能;通过降低肝内MDA含量,提高GSH、SOD和CAT活性,显著缓解肝内脂质过氧化所引起的肝损伤,从而起到保肝护肝的功效。通过对热应激蛋白HSP70的进一步研究显示,丹参可以下调肝内HSP70的合成,进而减少由高铜应激所引发的肝损伤。
Protective effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza on high-copper diet-induced liver injury in rats was studied in this experiment.The results showed that Salvia miltiorrhiza could play a hepatoprotective effect by regulating the activity of AST and ALT, reducing the liver MDA content and increasing GSH, SOD and CAT activities. Further studies on heat shock protein HSP70 showed that Salvia miltiorrhiza could promote the synthesis of HSP70 in the liver thereby reducing oxidative stress in the process of liver injury.
