摘要
承口和插口作为大口径PCCP管连接的关键部件,两者既要求结合紧密,严丝合缝,又要求有一定空隙,便于安装,如何高效确定生产的工艺尺寸,确保经过一系列生产工序收缩和膨胀后,成品管的承插口尺寸满足规范要求显得尤为关键。以鄂北地区水资源配置工程项目内径3 800 mm PCCP管为例,通过计算机模拟,综合考虑当地原材料,结合工程经验,确定了最佳的工艺生产尺寸,保证了工程顺利实施。
Bell and spigot joints are key components for PCCP connection. Tight connection is necessary while fissure clearance is required to permit convenient assembly. It is very important to design the production dimension of bell and spigot joint, because the final dimension of product will change after a serious production processes due to shrinkage and expansion. A water allocation project in the northern area of Hubei Province is designed with PCCP of DN3800. Taking this project as example, computer simulation was conducted to determine the optimum production dimension while taking into account the local materials and engineering experience.
