优势关系和优劣解距离法在南宁内河水质评价中的应用

摘要 准确地评价内河水质,能为治理决策提供依据。为了防止单一评价方法产生的片面性,利用优势关系进行第一级评价,优劣解距离法进行第二级评价,防止了信息的流失,使评价模型更科学全面。采用"污染物超标法"衡量客观权重,获取了指标超标的情况,引入主观权重,使评价模型更具灵活性。使用该综合评价模型,对2014年的南宁内河水质检测数据进行试验,结果科学合理,能为内河治理工程提供决策信息。 Accurate inland river water quality evaluation is an important basis of management decision. In order to avoid one-sidedness from single evaluation method, the first level evaluation was conducted by dominance relationship method, and the second level evaluation by TOPSIS method, which prevents information losses and makes the evaluation model more scientific and comprehensive. Excessive pollution method was used to judge objective weights and acquire the excessive indexes. The introduction of subjective weights makes the evaluation model more flexible. This comprehensive evaluation model was tested with the inland river water data of 2014 of Nanning City, rendering scientific and reasonable results,which is able to be decision-making information for inner river regulation project.
