摘要
为研究人面果果实的化学成分,利用溶剂提取法,正、反相硅胶柱和半制备高效液相色谱进行了分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱技术对其进行了结构鉴定.结果表明:从人面果果实乙酸乙酯提取物分离得到的7个化合物,分别鉴定为柠檬酸(1)、1-甲基柠檬酸(2)、1,5-二甲基柠檬酸(3)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(4)、香豆酸(5)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(6)、6-羟基-2,6-二甲基-2,7-辛二烯酸(7),其中化合物2、3、7为首次从藤黄属植物中分离得到.
To study the chemical constituents of the fruits of Garcinia xanthochymus, the chemical constituents were isolated and purified by solvent extraction method, the normal and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic analysis. Seven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of G. xanthochymus fruits and were identified as citric acid ( 1 ), 1- monomethyl citrate (2), 1,5-dimethyl citrate (3), 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (4), trans-p-coumaric acid (5), dibutyl phthalate (6) , 6-hydroxy-2,6-dimethyl-2,7-octadienoic acid ( 7 ). Among these compounds 2, 3, 7 were isolated from the genus Garcinia for the first time.
