民族药翠云草的本草考证

Herbalogical Research on Ethnic Medicine“Cuiyuncao”(Selaginellae Uncinatae Herba)

目的:对民族药翠云草的基源、药用历史及疗效记载等进行本草考证,为对其深入研究与临床应用提供一定的历史依据.方法:查阅古今相关文献,利用本草学以及植物形态学、植物生态学等知识进行研究考证.结果:古代本草记载的翠云草与今用翠云草(卷柏科)物种一致.该品早期主要用于治疗喉痈、吐血等症,可解火毒,现代尤其是我国南方少数民族地区主要用于治疗黄疸、痢疾、肺热咳嗽、咽喉肿痛、跌打损伤及多种出血等症.结论:古今药用的翠云草均来源于卷柏科植物翠云草的干燥全草,其药用历史至少近400年,研究结果将为翠云草的研究开发及临床应用提供本草学依据.

Objective： For further research and clinical application of ＂Cuiyuncao＂ （Selaginellae Uncinatae Herba） , a herbalogical study about the original plant, medicinal history and efficacy was conducted. Methods ： The related ancient and modern herbal literatures were studied and reviewed by making use of herbalogy, plant morphology and plant ecology. Results： ＂Cuiyuncao＂ recorded in ancient herbal literatures is the same as what was used as Selaginellae Uncinatae Herba （Selaginellaceae） today. In early times it was used for the treatment of throat abscess, hematemesis and the clearance of toxin. Nowadays, especially in the southern ethnic minority areas of China, it is mainly used for the treatment of jaundice, dysentery, cough with lung heat, sore throats, traumatic injury and different types of hemorrhages. Conclusion： ＂Cuiyuncao＂ as recorded in ancient literatures and what is used today are from the same species, ie, Selaginella uncinata （Desv.） Spring belonging to the family Selaginellaceae, with the medicinal history spans nearly 400 years at least. This research may provide a herbalism basis for the clinical application, research and development of ＂cuiyuncao＂.
