改良型一次性包皮切割缝合器的操作体会和临床疗效观察

Operation experience and clinical effect observation of the modified disposable circumcision suture device

目的:观察改良型一次性包皮切割缝合器的临床应用效果。方法:220例包皮过长患者,其中112例采用改良型一次性包皮切割缝合器进行手术(改良组),108例采用改良前一次性包皮切割缝合器进行手术(传统组)。对比两组手术时间,术中出血量,补缝率,20d内脱钉率,术后并发症情况。结果:改良组患者术后出血量为(1.15±0.62)m L,补缝率为0.89%,20d内脱钉率为99.11%,术后并发症发生率为30.36%,传统组患者术后出血量为(3.21±1.62)m L,补缝率为8.33%,20d内脱钉率和术后并发症发生率为89.81%和38.88%。两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),手术时间两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用改良型一次性包皮环切缝合器手术可明显降低术中出血和术后并发症及增加脱钉率,值得推广。

Objectives： To improve the device and reduce the complications of circumcision with a modifieddisposable circumcision suture device. Methods： A total of 220 adult male patients with redundant prepuce underwent circumcision by modified circumcision（ n = 112） and Conventional circumcision（ n = 108）,respectively. Comparison of Operation time,Intra- operative blood loss,the rates of secondary suture,take off nail and postoperative complications between the two groups. Results： The intraoperative blood loss,incidence rate of secondary suture,take off nail within 20 days and postoperative complications were（ 1. 15 ± 0. 62） m L,0. 89%,99. 11% and 30. 36%in modified circumcision,all significantly lower than and（ 3. 21 ± 1. 62） m L,8. 33%,89. 81% and 38. 88% in Conventional circumcision group,The operation time with no significant differences between Conventional circumcision and modified circumcision（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The disposable circumcision Suture device was modified that can significantly reduce the intra- operative blood loss,postoperative complications and secondary suture rate,increase the incidence of take off nail within 20 days,therefore deserves wide clinical application.
