摘要
针对危化品物流运输风险评价的现实需求,文章从"人、车、货、环境、管理、信息平台和政府监管"七个要素构建了"互联网+"环境下危化品物流运输风险的评价指标体系,采用直觉模糊数对评价指标进行刻画,提出了基于AHP和TOPSIS的直觉模糊风险评价方法,最后通过案例分析证明方法的有效性。
According to the requirements of risk evaluation for hazardous chemical material transportation, this paper puts for-ward a risk evaluation index system in internet plus environ-ment, which including the risk elements of employees, vehicles, hazardous chemical materials, transportation environment, management, information platform and the government supervision. Then, the intuitionistic fuzzy number is used to describe the evaluation index, and an AHP and intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS based evauation approch is put forward to resolve the risk evauation probem of hazardous chemical material transportation risks in internet plus proach is proved to be effective environment. Finallyl the ap proach is proved to be effective and feasible by an example.
