Scale Development of Low Carbon Manufacturing Practice in Chinese Cement Enterprises

随着企业碳减排压力的增大,对企业低碳制造实践量表的研究具有重要意义。基于绿色制造实践和绿色供应链管理实践的相关研究,对水泥企业进行实地调查和高层访谈,形成了低碳制造实践初始指标,据此设计调查问卷,根据137份有效问卷的调查数据,对低碳制造实践的构成要素进行探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析。研究表明,水泥企业低碳制造实践量表由5维度20个观测变量构成。文章为水泥企业低碳发展制定具体的碳减排方案提供了决策依据。

With the increasing pressure of carbon emission reduction, it is of great significance to study the low carbon manufacturing practice sere of enterprises. Based on the green manufacturing practices and green supply chain man- agement practice, the author conducts on-the-spot investigation and high-level interviews with cement companies to form the initial indicators of low carbon manufacturing practice. Based on the survey data of 137 effective questionnaires, the factors of carbon manufacturing practice are exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The study shows that the low carbon manufacturing practice scale of cement enterprise consists of 20 observation variables in 5 dimensions. This study provides a basis for making concrete carbon emission reduction plan for low carbon development of cement enterprise.
