应急物流服务供应商评价指标体系构建

S省应急物流服务供应商参与应急物资保障体系机制要求中提出实物储备与能力储备相结合,基于此文章建立了评价应急物流服务供应商能力的指标体系。在指标体系构建中兼顾了产品水平与应急物流服务中的生产供应以及运输能力储备水平,随后应用层次分析法和熵权法分别确定各指标的主观权重和客观权重,根据最小信息熵原理计算组合权重;最后,以4家企业的数据演示了评价过程,验证了评价模型的科学性和实用性。
