北极航线在我国“一带一路”建设中的价值评价研究

随着温室气体浓度屡创新高,全球变暖趋势日益加剧,北极航线成为一条万众瞩目的"黄金水道",如何让北极航线在我国的"一带一路"建设中发挥作用成为社会各界关注的焦点。文章对北极航线(东北航道)在"一带一路"背景下的政治、经济等方面的价值进行研究,并通过SWOT动态分析与KJ法对其发展价值进行研究并得出相应的战略措施,文章的价值评价研究结果将为北极航线在我国"一带一路"的建设发展中提供有力的理论依据。
