随着经济全球化和"互联网+"战略的推进,跨境电子商务正在加速发展,跨境电子商务的迅速发展推动了第三方跨境支付的迅猛发展。文章首先介绍了第三方跨境支付的研究背景,然后以"第三方跨境支付平台"为主题设计问卷调查,结合调研资料和相关论文对第三方跨境支付平台的现状进行分析,最后针对第三方跨境支付平台存在的问题,分别对相关监管部门和第三方跨境支付机构提出相应的对策及建议,以便更好地解决第三方跨境支付平台快速发展带来的一些问题,促进跨境电子商务的健康发展。

The development of economic globalization and the ＂intemet plus＂ strategy to accelerate the development of cross-border E-commerce, the rapid development of crossborder E-commerce protnotes the rapid development of the third party payment. This paper first introduces the research background of the third party cross-border payments. Then with the ＂＂ third party cross-border payment platform＂ as the theme of the design of the questionnaire survey, combined with relevant information on the status of the third party payment platform for cross-border analysis. Finally, in order to better solve the problem of the rapid development of the third party cross-border payment platform, and promote the healthy development of cross-border E-commerce, we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the relevant government departments and the third party cross-border payment institutions.
