晋商是活跃在我国明清时期最著名一支地方商业力量,在中国近代经贸领域留下了不可磨灭的浓墨重彩。晋商的成功有着多方面的原因,本文试图从晋商的经营管理上五个方面分析其成功的具体因素即经营管理之道。

Shanxi merchants are the most famous local business force in Ming and Qing Dy- nasty of China, and have created a history. Their success in business comes down to various reasons, which are analyzed in this essay. What＇s more, the operating management concept of Shanxi merchants is also discussed in the essay.
