摘要
经济新常态下,为了规范农村劳动力转移就业,必须进行农村劳动力资源状况调查,加强农村劳动力转移就业职业技能培训管理,包括定点培训机构管理,培训对象和时间,开班程序,日常监管及考核鉴定,台账管理等,同时要加强培训补贴资金管理和监督管理,确保"农村劳动力技能就业计划"的顺利实施。
In order to regulate the transfer employment of rural labor force,it is essential to carry out a survey on the rural labor force resources and strengthen vocational skills training and management for the transfer employment of rural labor force, including management of training institutions, training objects, time, class program, daily supervision and inspection appraisal, parameter management, etc. Meanwhile, the training subsidy funds management and supervision should also be strengthened, so as to ensure the smooth implementation of "skills-oriented employment plan for rural labor "
