基于产教融合的中高职衔接师资队伍的建设研究

Study on Teaching Staff Construction in Secondary and Higher Vocational Education Connection Based on Integration of Production and Education

师资队伍建设是中高职有效衔接和协调发展的关键,为高技能型人才的培养提供全面保障。通过分析目前中高职衔接师资队伍的现状,提出了以政校企行、工学结合、专兼职教师互动作为中高职衔接人才培养模式的切入点,同时也是提高师资教学团队水平的重要途径。

The construction of teaching staff is the key to the effective connection and coordination of the development of the secondary and higher skilled talents. Based on the analysis on the current situation of teaching staff of secondary and higher vocational education connection,this paper puts forward some suggestions,including the interaction between government,enterprises,school and lines of business,the combination of work study and the interaction between the full-time and part-time teachers.This is also an important way to improve the level of teaching staff.
