"层次性"是创新创业教育课程群构建要把握好的基本原则。创新创业教育人才培养目标的层次性、过程推进的层次性、内容呈现的层次性决定了创新创业教育课程要分层次构建。构建包括普适性的启蒙教育课程、专业性的整合教育课程、职业性的系统教育课程的三层次、四大类的创新创业教育课程群是实现创新创业教育"面向全体学生""分类施教"的重要渠道。

Hierarchy is the basic principle to build innovation and enterprise education curriculum. The hierarchy of talents training goal,the process of gradation and the contents determines the hierarchical construction of innovation entrepreneurship education courses. Building an innovation entrepreneurship education curriculum with three levels and four kinds,which include universal curriculum of enlightenment education,the integration of professional education courses,professional education courses,is the important channel to realize the innovation which is for students and is in line with classification teaching.
