摘要
新技术的日新月异,使得新媒体成为当下新闻传播的炙热平台,其数字化、多元性、碎片化、快捷化、个体性等特征凸显了新闻传播的时效与效率根本属性。而新媒体的这种追求快捷化、高时效的新闻传播属性带来了真实性维度打折、新闻责任弱化、内容同质化、新闻职业道德缺失等新闻伦理问题。新闻传播时效与新闻伦理冲突问题需要从宏观上加强新闻舆论工作的意识形态意蕴、体制机制上规范新媒体运行、推进社会公正建设,从微观上深度打造新媒体专业队伍、大力培养大众新媒体专业素养等方面着力推进新媒体建设工作。
The rapid development and change of new technology conies to the popularity of new media in news communication. The basic prosperities of the timeliness and effectiveness of news communication include digitization, diversity, fragmentation, rapidity, and individuality. In the meantime, the pursuit of rapidity and efficiency of new media leads to some ethical issues such as the discount of authenticity dimension, weakening of news responsibility, homogeneity of news content and the absence of news professional ethics. So, it is important to focus on strengthening the ideology of the public opinion direction on a macro level, stand- ardizing the operation of new media in system and mechanism, pushing forward the construction of the social justice, establishing the professional team of new media on a micro level, and developing the specialty of public new media so as to promote the construction of the new media.
