With the development of market economy and the deepening of marketization, the tree seed breeding work has been pushed into the fickle market economy in China, so the fierce market competition and increasing demand raise higher requirements for tree seed breeding. This paper analyzed the situation and problems of tree seed breeding, and proposed the measures accordingly.
