近年来在一系列文件、规定和会议精神的指引下,高校辅导员队伍建设取得了很大的进展,形成了一些有地方特色或校本特色的经验和创新之处。通过对某农林高校辅导员队伍建设的分析,总结其建设的经验和创新之处,为高校的辅导员队伍建设提供借鉴,促进辅导员整体队伍的稳定和素质的提高。

In recent years, under the guidance of a series of documents, regulations and the spirit of meetings, the team construction of college counselor has made great progress, forming some experience and innovation with local characteristics or school-based characteristics. Through the analysis on the construction of counselor team in a agriculture and forestry college, this paper summed up its experience and innovation, aiming to provide reference for the construction of counselors in universities and promote the stability and quality improvement of the whole team.
