摘要
通过扫描电镜研究了不同龄期的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(ethylene-vinyl acetate,EVA)和乙烯-氯乙烯-月桂酸乙烯酯(ethylene/vinyl chloride/vinyl laurate,E/VC/VL)两种可再分散乳胶粉改性水泥浆体和砂浆中Ca(OH)2的形貌变化。结果表明:硬化EVA胶粉和硬化E/VC/VL胶粉改性水泥砂浆中的CH存在特殊"厚六方板状"形貌特征,这一现象的出现证实了两种胶粉对水泥水化进程的延迟效应并为可再分散乳胶粉延迟水泥水化进程的研究提供了新的思路。
The morphologies of calcium hydroxide(CH) in hardened cement paste and mortar modified by EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate) and E/VC/VL(ethylene/vinyl chloride/vinyl laurate) at different curing ages(1 d,3 d,7 d,28 d) were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results showed that the morphologies of CH in hardened cement paste and mortar modified by EVA and E/VC/VL had unique "hexagonal-shaped"microstructure features. This phenomenon demonstrated the retardation of re-dispersible polymer powders on cement hydration and could be used as a new method in the investigations about other kinds of re-dispersible polymer powders
