摘要
为了减小摊铺机提升液压系统的吸空现象对路面质量的影响,从结构和液压2个角度对提升系统进行分析,通过对液压系统的研究,使用AMESim仿真软件构建摊铺机提升液压系统模型,优化原提升系统存在的吸空问题,并验证了优化方案。结果表明,优化方案能够有效改善提升液压系统吸空现象对路面平整度的影响,仿真分析方法具有可行性。
In order to reduce the impact of suction phenomenon of paver's hydraulic lifting system on the construction quality of pavement, the lifting system was analyzed in aspects of structure and hydraulics. AMESim, the simulation software, was applied to build a model for the hydraulic system of paver. Solution to the suction problem was proposed and later tested. The results indicate that the solution helps to reduce the impact of suction phenomenon on the pavement roughness, proving the simulation analysis to be feasible.
