摘要 我国稻壳资源丰富,但浪费严重,以稻壳为原料制备高比表面积、化学性能稳定、低成本的活性炭具有很大的发展前景。本文介绍了稻壳制备活性炭的方法,分析了炭化条件对炭化稻壳品质的影响;从环境效应、活性炭品质等方面分析了物理活化法、化学活化法、物理化学活化法三类活化工艺的优缺点,同时结合稻壳气化发电厂的条件,提出了一种新型活性炭、白炭黑与电多联产系统。 The resources of rice husk in China is abundant, but under serious profligacy. The preparation of activated carbon from rice husk with high specific surface area, stable chemical properties and low cost has great development prospects. The methods of preparing activated carbon with rice husk were introduced and the effects of carbonization conditions on the quality of carbonized rice husk were and analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of physical activation method, chemical activation method, physical and chemical activation method on environmental effects and the quality of activated carbon were analyzed. At the same time, combined with rice husk gasification power plant, a new poly-generation system of activated carbon, carbon-white and electric was proposed.
