芳纶短纤维在轮胎胎面胶中应用初探

Study on Difference of Application of Aramid Short Fiber in Tire Tread Compound

芳纶短纤维是近年来兴起的一种新型填料,跟橡胶混合后能够提高补强耐磨等性能。也有一些研究结果表明纺轮短切纤维能够降低混炼胶料的佩恩效应,从而降低轮胎的滚动阻力。本文将国产及进口的芳纶短纤维加入到胎面胶中,同时调整胶料配方,对比国内生产和国外生产的芳纶短纤维用于胶料中,对胶料性能的影响。结果表明,加入芳纶短纤维可以提高胶料的拉伸强度,一定程度的降低滚动阻力。

The aramid short fiber is a new kind filler to improve compound abrasion property. some researco shothat aramid fiber can reduce Payne effect and tire rolling resistance. The aramid fiber was added to the tread rubber, atthe same time the recipe of the rubber compound was adjusted. The influence of the aramid short fiber used in thedomestic production and the foreign production were studied. The results showed that the tensile strength of the compoundcan be improved by adding aramid fiber. At the same time, rolling resistance of test compound was improved by DMTA.
