摘要
探讨了不同挤出温度、螺杆转速对粘接树脂的粘接强度和晶点的影响;同时考察了抽真空及除味母粒对粘接树脂气味的影响。研究结果表明,提高挤出温度能有效提高粘接强度,挤出温度高于180℃时粘接强度达到最佳。螺杆转速设置40 r/min时,薄膜晶点数量最少。采用除味母粒并配合抽真空工艺能有效减少气味析出。得到的高性能粘接树脂具有高粘接力、少晶点、低气味的特点,可应用于多层共挤上吹、下吹、多层流延领域。
The influence of different extrusion temperature and screw speed on the bonding strength and gel points ofthe adhesive resin was discussed, compared the smell of high performance adhesive resin with vacuum and odor removalmaterial. The research results indicated that the bonding strength reached the best when the extrusion temperature washigher than 180 ℃. Meanwhile, the screw speed was set to 40 r/min, the number of gel points on the film was the least.High performance adhesive resin can be used in the field of multilayer co-extrusion film and multi-casting.
