化工单元操作水平的高低直接影响着化工企业的成本和安全,但学生在校学习时由于工程经验缺乏和针对性不强等原因,知识掌握不扎实,使用时就感到不足;故企业员工培训时化工单元操作都是必不可少的内容,而企业员工培训往往受时间、条件的限制,系统性不强,往往效果也不明显。本文通过对利用现代信息技术,建立一种在线培训平台,并对平台的构建思路、措施、板块设计及效果进行了研究,旨在为提高员工知识水平和实际操作技能服务。
