摘要
本文从顶岗实习的必要性以及顶岗实习内容等方面阐释了顶岗实习在化工人才培养环节的重要作用,分析了目前顶岗实习面临的实际困难。从实践角度出发提出了实习的创新模式,旨在注重学生综合素质培养,提高学生顶岗实习学习效率,促进学生适应社会生产发展需求,促进化工教学质量的提升。
The important role of internship in the chemical professionals training was analyzed including necessity ofinternship, internship content and practical difficulties of the internship, respectively. In order to cultivate students＇comprehensive quality, improve the learning efficiency of students＇ internship, promote students to meet the needs of socialproduction and development and improvement of the teaching quality of chemical industry, the innovation model from apractical point of view was put forward.
