摘要
作为预防医学的重要组成部分,营养与食品卫生学专业英语教学对于培养优秀的专业人才至关重要,对将来我国营养与食品卫生事业的发展和创新也有重要的意义。根据营养与食品卫生学专业英语的特点,在教材和教学内容选择、教学方法的改进和学生学习兴趣、专业英语综合运用能力的培养等方面进行了深入的思考和探索。为将来开展营养与食品卫生学专业英语教学创新提供了理论依据。
As important part of prevention medicine, teaching of special English on nutrition and food hygiene is very critical on cultivation of professional talents. And it also has important significance on the development and innovation of nutrition and food hygiene in our country. The teaching material, method, interest in learning, professional and comprehensive ability to use English of student was explored and discussed in this paper which will provide theory references for the teaching innovation in special English of nutrition and food hygiene.
