摘要
随着社会的进步和人民生活水平的提高,人们对医疗服务的水平和服务质量的要求也越来越高。医疗机构一方面在努力提高医疗服务水平的同时也越来越重视医疗服务的质量,努力提高患者满意度是很多医院管理的重要目标之一。在医疗资源如此紧张的当下,能够提高医院床位周转率,减少患者住院天数成为很多医院管理工作的重点。本院通过住院服务中心系统的建设和应用有效的提高了床位周转率和患者满意度。
