摘要
为鉴定长春市某渔场团头鲂致病菌,从患病团头鲂肝中分离到细菌JLTP-1608,经形态学观察、生理生化试验、16S r RNA和管家基因序列测定、系统发育学分析,鉴定为弗氏柠檬酸杆菌。致病性试验结果表明,分离菌JLTP-1608对团头鲂、斑马鱼和小鼠均具有致病性,且团头鲂与斑马鱼的临床症状与自然病例相似。药敏试验结果显示,分离菌JLTP-1608对头孢噻肟、呋喃妥因、丁胺卡那霉素、氟苯尼考等药物敏感。本研究为团头鲂感染弗氏柠檬酸杆菌的鉴定及治疗提供了理论依据。
To identify the cause of disease in the Megalobrama amblycephala on one fish farming in Changchun, one pathogenic bacterium named as JLTP-1608 was isolated from the liver.It was identified as Citrobacter freundii according to its morphological observation,physiobiochemical characteristics,16 S r RNA and housekeeping genes sequencing and phylogenetic tree analysis.Pathogenicity test showed that the JLTP-1608 strain was pathogenic on M.amblycephala, zebrafish and mice,respectively.Similar symptoms were observed in the M.amblycephala and zebrafish.The result of drug susceptibility test showed that the isolate was sensitive to cefotaxime,nitrofurantoin,Amikacin,florfenicol.These results provide a scientific basis for the identification and treatment of M.amblycephala infected with C.freundii.
