PHBV/PEG电纺纤维膜的制备及其结构与性能表征 被引量:3

摘要 将聚羟基丁酸戊酸酯(PHBV)与聚乙二醇(PEG)进行共混,以三氯甲烷/乙醇为溶剂,采用静电纺丝方法,制备PHBV/PEG电纺纤维膜,并对其结构与性能进行表征。结果表明:PHBV/PEG共混物溶液的浓度为0.1 mg/L,静电纺丝得到的PHBV/PEG电纺纤维膜纤维表面光滑,具有较好的吸水性、透气性及力学性能;当PHBV/PEG共混物中PEG质量分数为20%时,纤维直径为776 nm,表面接触角为81°,吸水率达到369.5%,水蒸气透过率为2 119.5 g/(m^2·d),拉伸强度为4.34 MPa,拉伸模量为167.4 MPa,断裂伸长率为48.8%。 An electrospun poly (3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hycroxyvalerate )/polyethylene glycol ( PHBV/PEG) fiber membrane was prepared by blending PHBV and PEG in presence of chloroform /ethanol as the solvent via electrospinning process .The struc-ture and properties of the electrospun PHBV/PEG fiber were characterized .The results showed that the electrospun PHBV/PET fiber membrane could be produced with smooth surface , fairly good water absorption property , permeability and mechanical prop-erties as the concentration of PHBV/PEG solution was 0.1 mg/L;the fiber diameter was 776 nm, the surface contact angle 81°, the water absorption 369.5%, steam permeability 2119.5 g/( m^2 · d), the tensile strength 4.34 MPa, the drawing modulus 167.4 MPa, the elongation at break 48.8%as the mass fraction of PEG was 20%in PHBV/PEG blend.
