Comply with the modern agricultural development requirements of ＂high quality, high yield, high efficiency, ecology and safety＂, this paper studied and putted forward development mechanism of promoting the development of regional characteristic industry layout, scale, standardization production, mechanized operation, industrialization and the brand marketing, to speed up the formation of resource saving and environmentally friendly features of agricultural production system, to improve land productivity, labor productivity and resource utilization, to enhances the risk resistance ability of the agriculture, product market competition ability and sustainable development ability.
