基于3E系统协调发展的产业园区节能减排模式探讨

Discussion of Industrial Park Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Model Based on 3E System's Harmonious Development

3E系统的协调发展,关系到一个国家或地区的安全、繁荣及和谐。随着经济的发展,我国的雾霾等环境问题日趋严重,合理、有效利用能源,实现节能减排已经迫在眉睫。文章首先简要介绍了3E系统,然后对我国目前3E系统存在的问题进行了分析,进而论证了节能减排可以促进3E系统的协调发展,最后提出了对产业园区实施节能减排措施的3种模式。

With the harmonious development of 3E is related to a country or a region＇s security, prosperity and harmony.With the development of economy, environmental problems such as fog and haze are on the rise, effective utilization of energy, energy conservation and emissions reduction are imminent. Firstly, 3E system is introduced briefly in this paper;Secondly, the problem of 3E system in China are analyzed; Thirdly, the promotion of energy conservation and emissions reduction to the harmonious development of 3E system is demonstrated; and finally, 3 models of energy conservation and emissions reduction measures for industrial parks are proposed.
