综采工作面撤架通道全锚索支护施工优化 被引量:3

摘要 针对目前综采工作面撤架通道支护措施不到位,造成撤架通道大变形、大冒落等问题,通过优化综采工作面末采撤架通道支护设计及施工工艺,实现了撤架通道的快速施工,满足了末采及设备回收支护及通风要求,减弱了顶板压力向煤壁传递的影响。结果表明:采用全锚索优化施工方案后,撤架回风通道风量变化不大,基本达到原先配风量的70%-80%,巷道变形量明显减小,相对以往撤架时,两帮移近量及底鼓量都大幅度减少,平均减小65%以上,优化效果明显。为实现综采工作面全风压回收设备创造了有利条件,取得了比较理想的经济效益和控制成果。 In view of large deformation and serious roof fall problems caused by not appropriate supporting measures of supports withdraw tunnel on fully-mechanized mining face,through optimizing the design and construction technology of supports withdraw tunnel in the end of the fully-mechanized mining,the rapid construction of the withdrawal tunnel was realized,the requirements of the end mining and equipment recovery support and ventilation was also met,the effect of roof pressure to the coal wall was weakened. The result shows that: the change of air volume in withdrawal tunnel is not big,basically reached 70% - 80% of original operation,roadway deformation is significantly reduced,the displacement quantity of the surrounding rock and floor heave of roadway are greatly reduced,with an average of more than 65%,the optimization effect is obvious. All this have created favorable conditions for realizing recovery equipment on fully-mechanized mining face with full air pressure,and has gained ideal economic benefit and control result.
