提升机安全制动并联冗余的回油通道设计和分析 被引量:7

摘要 2016《煤矿安全规程》第四百二十五条规定,安全制动必须有并联冗余的回油通道,是新添加内容,目前没有这方面的文献和有效的改造方法。煤矿提升机现在常用液压站为二级制动液压站,很多不满足第四百二十五条的要求,如何对煤业集团正在使用的多种二级制动液压站进行有效改造,是应当研究的问题。对如何实现安全制动并联冗余的回油通道进行了设计和分析,采用每一回油通道均并联2个阀位监测电磁换向阀,即使有一个电磁换向阀出现换向故障,另一个还能实现本次安全制动,并监测到换向故障的电磁换向阀,能报警并闭锁下次开车,达到真正的并联冗余的回油通道,为提升机安全制动有并联冗余的回油通道改造提供了有效的方法和途径。 According to the provision of article 425 of the 2016 " coal mine safety regulation" , safety brake system must have parallel re-dundant oil return circuit. The provision is new content added and related literature and effective transformation method can;t be found. The hydraulic pressure station with two stage braking is commonly used in the mine hoister system,many of which can;t meet the provi-sion of article 425. How to transform hydraulic pressure stations used in our coal group effectively is the research content of this article. In this paper,how to realize parallel redundant oil return circuit was designed and analyzed that each circuit has two parallel electromag-netic directional valves with valve position monitoring function. Even if one of electromagnetic directional valves malfunctions, the other can achieve the safety brake function in this time, at the same time, the circuit can also detect the fault,give an alarm and lock the next drive to realize true parallel redundant oil return circuit. By this way, this paper provides an effective method and means for the transfor-mation of the parallel redundant oil return circuit.
