倾斜气液多相管流持液率计算方法优选 被引量:3

摘要 随着斜井数量日益增多,有必要开展不同倾斜角度多相管流研究。采用Beggs-Brill相关式、Mukherjee-Brill相关式、Eaton相关式和DuklerⅡ相关式计算了倾斜管柱的持液率,并与通过实验手段测量不同倾角、不同气液比和不同液体流速条件下的持液率数据进行了对比分析。结果表明:向上倾斜管段采用Beggs-Brill相关式能够比较准确地预测不同倾角的倾斜管段中的积液量;通过不同气液比条件下误差分析,发现Mukherjee-Brill相关式在气液比为300∶1时计算所得的误差精度最高,为8%以下,对此类高气液比管线的初次设计及运作模拟有较好的指导作用。 As the number of slope increasing,it is necessary to carry out the research for different inclination of multiphase pipe flow.The calculation method of liquid holdup of gas-liquid two phase flow in inclined tube column plays an important role in petroleum industry. The author adopt the Beggs-Brill correlation,the Mukherjee-Brill correlation,the Eaton correlation and the Dukler Ⅱcorrelation to calculate the liquid holdup in the inclined tube column,contrastive analysis was also carried out through measuring liquid holdup data using experimental method in different inclination conditions. In conclusion,the Beggs-Brill correlation can more accurately predict the liquid holdup in the upward sloping pipe; through error analysis under the conditions of different gas-liquid ratio,it was found that at gas-liquid ratio of 300∶ 1,the error accuracy of the Mukherjee-Brill correlation calculated precision is highest,below 8%,it has provided guidance for preliminary design and operation simulation of high gas-liquid ratio pipelines.
