摘要 目的探讨个体化健康教育对老年糖尿病患者胰岛素注射依从性的影响。方法 78例老年糖尿病患者按入院时间顺序分为观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上实施个体化健康教育。比较2组患者胰岛素治疗和胰岛素笔使用知识的掌握情况。出院后随访,检测2组患者血糖指标变化情况。结果观察组患者胰岛素治疗、胰岛素笔使用知识的掌握程度优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。出院后3个月和6个月时,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化建康教育能有效提高老年糖尿病患者胰岛素注射依从性,改善血糖控制效果。 Objective To investigate the effect of individualized health education on treatment compliance of senile diabetes patients with insulin injection. Methods A total of 78 senile diabetes patients with insulin injection were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the admission sequence,with 39 cases in each group. Both two groups were given conventional health education,and the individualized health education method was performed in the observation group. The knowledge level of insulin treatment and usage of insulin pen injector were evaluated and compared between two groups. The glycemic indicators of patients were monitored during follow-up. Results Patients in the observation group had higher mastery degree of insulin treatment and usage of insulin pen injector compared with those in the control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The level of fasting blood glucose(FBG) and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2h PBG) were lower in the observation group than those in the control group at three months and 6 months after discharge respectively,with significant differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion Individualized health education can improve the compliance of insulin injection and glycemic control in elderly diabetes patients with insulin injections
