腹腔镜广泛子宫切除联合盆腔淋巴结清扫术围手术期护理措施探讨

Nursing measures in the laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and lymphadenectomy

目的总结腹腔镜广泛子宫切除联合盆腔淋巴结清扫术围手术期护理配合措施。方法回顾性分析53例行腹腔镜广泛子宫切除联合盆腔淋巴结清扫术患者的临床资料,总结围手术期相关护理配合措施。结果 53例患者手术均顺利完成,术后发生阴道残端伤口延长愈合1例、术后尿潴留2例、输尿管瘘1例,并发症发生率7.5%(4/53)。结论完善术前准备、术中熟练配合、术后严密监测和积极预防并发症是确保患者手术和术后康复效果的关键因素。

Objective To summarize the nursing measures in the laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and lymphadenectomy. Methods The clinical data of 53 patients with laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and lymphadenectomy were collected,and perioperative nursing measures was summarized. Results The laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and lymphadenectomy were carried out successfully in all 53 patients. There were 4 cases of postoperative complications,including 1 case of prolong vaginal stump wound healing,2 cases of postoperative uroschesis and 1 case of ureteral fistula,accounting for 7. 5 %（ 4 /53） in total. Conclusion Preoperative preparation,operative cooperation,postoperative monitoring and prevention on complication are key points to ensure the surgical effect and rehabilitation in the laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and lymphadenectomy.
