综合护理对乙肝肝硬化患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响

Effects of comprehensive nursing interventions on treatement complicance and quality of life in patients with HBV-related liver cirrhosis

目的探讨综合护理干预对乙肝肝硬化患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响。方法将2014年2月—2015年1月收治的乙肝肝硬化患者76例设为对照组,治疗期间均给予常规护理。将2015年2月—2016年2月收治的乙肝肝硬化患者76例设为观察组,给予综合护理干预。比较2组治疗依从性、生活质量和护理满意度。结果观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗后慢性肝病问卷(CLDQ)中困乏、系统症状、活动能力、焦虑和情感评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组护理满意度97.4%(74/76),高于对照组的80.3%(61/76),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合护理干预能有效改善乙肝肝硬化患者治疗依从性,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions on treatement complicance and quality of life in patients with HBV-related liver cirrhosis. Methods A total of 76 patients with HBV-related liver cirrhosis were selected as the control group from February2014 to January 2015,receiving routing nursing care during treatment. Another 76 partietns were included as the observation group from February 2015 to January 2016,receiving comprehesive nursing interventions during treatment. The treatment compliance,quality of life and satisfaction to nursing service were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The treatment compliance was higher in the observation group than that of controls,with a significant difference（ P〈0.01）. Patients in the observation group had higher score in asseesing fatigue,systemic symptom,cativity,anxiety and emotion in chronic liver disease questionnaire（ CLDQ） compared with those of controls（ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The nursing satisfaction rate was 97. 4%（74 /76） in the observation group and was 80. 3%（61 /76） in the control group,with a significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improive the treatement complicance and quality of life in patients with HBV-related liver cirrhosis.
