“三联技术降压法”在骨科高血压患者围手术期的应用

目的观察"三联技术降压法"配合常规降压药物在骨科高血压患者围手术期的实践效果。方法选择行骨科手术的高血压患者60例,在继续口服原有的降压药的基础上,采用耳穴贴压法、吴茱萸穴位贴敷法及中药足浴法三联中医护理技术对高血压患者进行血压干预,观察血压控制效果。结果骨科高血压患者围手术期血压控制平稳,无延期手术及术后并发症。结论应用"三联技术降压法"配合常规降压药物对骨科高血压患者围手术期血压进行干预,能进一步稳定血压。

Objective To evaluate the anti-hypertension triple-therapy combined with regular anti-hypertensive drugs for orthopedic patients with hypertension in perioperative period. Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertension in orthopedic department who would underwent surgeries were included as the research objects. All patients took the triple-therapy of auricular point pressing,auricular application with tetradium ruticarpum and foot bath with Chinese medicine,in a combination with regular anti-hypertensive drugs. Clinical outcome in blood pressure control was observed. Results The blood pressure of all patients were controlled well during perioperative period. There was no operation delayed and no relative postoperative complications occurred. Conclusion The anti-hypertension tripletherapy combined with regular anti-hypertensive drugs is effective for blood control of patients with hypertension undergoing orthopedic surgery.
