新生儿鸟巢式护理的应用效果观察

Effects of bird's nest nursing on quality improvement of neonatal nursing

目的探讨鸟巢式护理模式在新生儿护理中的应用效果。方法 84例新生儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例。2组均予以常规护理,观察组同时开展鸟巢式护理模式。观察2组新生儿皮肤相关并发症发生情况及家属护理满意度。结果观察组新生儿皮肤相关并发症发生率2.3%(1/42),低于对照组的19.0%(8/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组家属护理满意度100.0%(42/42),高于对照组的76.2%(32/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿护理采用鸟巢式护理模式,为新生儿提供了适宜的外环境,可有效减少新生儿皮肤相关并发症的发生风险,提高家属对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of bird＇s nest nursing on quality improvement of neonatal nursing. Methods A total of 84 neonates were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 42 cases in each group. Both two groups received routing nursing care,and the observation group was given bird＇s nest nursing intervention. The incidence of neonatal cutaneous complications and satisfaction of parents to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of cutaneous complication was 2. 3%（1 /42） in the observation group and was 19. 0%（8 /42） in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of parents was 100. 0%（42 /42） in the observation group and was 76. 2%（32 /42） in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bird＇s nest nursing shows advantages in quality improvement of neonatal nursing and reducing the risk of neonatal cutaneous complications.
