跟骨骨折切开复位内固定术后早期康复护理的作用

Effects of early rehabilitation nursing for calcaneal fracture patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation

目的探讨早期康复护理在切开复位内固定术治疗跟骨骨折术后的应用效果。方法 82例行切开复位内固定术治疗的跟骨骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组术后常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用早期康复护理。评价2组患者足功能恢复情况,测量治疗前后患者跟骨Bohler角和Gissane角。结果观察组足功能恢复优良率100%(41/41),高于对照组的73.17%(30/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),干预后2组Gissane角减小、Bohler角增大,与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组Gissane、Bohler角改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论在切开复位内固定术治疗跟骨骨折患者术后给予积极、有效的早期康复护理,可促进患肢功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing for calcaneal fracture patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation. Methods A total of 82 calcaneal fracture patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group. Both two groups received routing nursing care,and early rehabilitation interventions were performed in the observation group. The degree of Gissane angle and Bohler angle of was measured,and foot function was evaluated and compare between two groups after treatment. Results The excellent and good rate of foot function was100. 00%（41 /41） in the observation group and was 73. 17%（30 /41） in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〉0.05）. There was a decrease of Gissane angle and increase of Bohler angle in both two groups after intervention（ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Paitents in the observation had a smaller Gissane angle and bigger of Bohler angle compared with those of controls after intervention（ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can promote the recovery of foot function in calcaneal fracture patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation.
