摘要 为客观、有效地评价终端区进场交通流空中交通拥挤状态,建立了机动等待次数、机动等待行为比、流量比、速度比、密度等一系列拥挤状态评价关键指标,提出了一种基于FCM的终端区进场交通流空中交通拥挤状态评价方法,并借助SIMMOD仿真软件,以国内某终端管制区为实例进行仿真验证,分析了终端区进场交通流空中交通拥挤状态时空演变规律.仿真结果表明,该方法能够从点、线、体等多维度有效评价终端区进场交通流空中交通拥堵状态,非常符合空中交通运行特点和空中交通管制实际需求. In order to objectively and effectively evaluate the air traffic congestion of approaching traffic flow in terminal area,the evaluating key indicators are constructed,including the maneuvering and waiting time,maneuvering and waiting ratios,flow ratio,velocity ratio and density.Besides,an evaluation method of air traffic congestion state of approaching traffic flow in terminal areas is proposed based on FCM.Finally,a terminal airspace is presented as an example,and its air traffic flow is simulated by SIMMOD simulation software,the spatial-temporal evolution of terminal area air traffic congestion of approaching traffic flow is analyzed.The simulation results show that it is an effective identification method for evaluating congestion state of approaching traffic flow in terminal area from the significant point,air route and the whole terminal,and it is in line with the operation characteristics and actual demand of air traffic.
