摘要 基于数据包络分析法(DEA),对我国11个典型城市的公共自行车项目进行相对运行效率分析.研究发现,公共自行车总体运行效率较低,纯技术效率过低是主要原因.从投入、产出松弛变量的角度分析效率低下的原因并提出改进建议,致力于提高公共自行车的投入产出效率,最大化地发挥其对公共交通的推动作用. Based on data envelopment analysis(DEA),relative operational efficiency of 11 typical cities' public bicycle projects are calculated and analyzed.Conclusion reveals that the overall operational efficiency of public bicycle projects of 11 cities is low,and the low pure technical efficiency is the main cause.Besides,the reasons for low efficiency are explored and recommendations for improvement are proposed in terms of inputs and outputs slack variables.In addition,measures are proposed to improve the operational efficiency of public bicycles and to maximize its role in promoting public transport.
