基于Fluent的树型槽非接触式机械密封的仿真计算 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究树型槽非接触式机械密封在不同工况下的密封性能,确定相关参数的变化规律,通过计算流场分析软件Fluent,采用Gambit软件对树型槽非接触式机械密封三维泄漏模型进行网格划分。基于N-S方程,选用层流模型与SIMPLEC算法,对树型槽非接触式机械密封的三维流场进行了数值研究,计算求得了密封面压力场分布及泄漏量。改变几何参数及操作参数再次模拟,得到了不同参数下流场的压力及泄漏量,并分析了相关参数对树型槽非接触式机械密封的影响,给出了相关几何参数的最优选择区间。 In order to study the seal performance of fir tree-groove non-contact mechanical seal under different working condi-tions and determine the change rule of related parameters, according to the calculated flow field analysis software Fluent, Gambit software was adopted to construct three-dimensional simulation model of fir tree-groove non-contact mechanical seal. Based on the Navier-stokes equation, selected and used the laminar flow model and the SIMPLEC algorithm, calculated the the three-dimension-al flow field of fir tree-groove non-contact mechanical seal. The surface pressure field distribution and leakage were obtained. Changing geometric and operating parameters and simulated again,got the fluidity pressure and leakage in different parameters. At the same time,the influence of the related parameters on fir tree-groove non-contact mechanical seal was analyzed and the optimal selection range of the relevant geometric parameters was revealed.
