摘要
对某双进气前向多翼离心风机进行了数值模拟,分析了此类风机内部流动沿转轴方向的不均匀性,并针对这种特性提出了沿轴向改变叶轮叶片进口角、沿轴向改变叶轮叶片内径2种对叶轮的改进方法。分析结果表明,变角度处理可以改善盖侧叶轮叶片进口的正冲角,减小叶轮内的冲击损失;变内径的处理可以改善叶轮出口速度的不均匀性,有助于减小蜗壳内二次涡流。
The numerical simulations were conducted on a dual-inlet forward-curved multi-blade centrifugal fan. The nonunifor-mity of the interior flow field of the fan was analyzed and two improvement methods of the impeller were proposed. It can be con-cluded from the numerical results that the method of changing the inlet angle along the axial direction helps diminish the attack angle and the loss cause by it;the method of changing the inner diameter of the impeller helps improve the nonuniformity of the outlet velocity and thus reduces the intensity of the secondary swirl inside of the volute.
