摘要
介绍了欧盟建筑能效导则以及ISO与欧盟合作的维也纳协议部分条款;结合ISO/TC86《制冷与空调技术委员会》年会讨论重点内容,分析了适应建筑能耗测试与评定要求的制冷与空调设备技术标准发展以及ISO/TC86/SC4分委员会的未来工作。制冷空调占建筑能耗的较大比例,现有以产品为主的测试与评价方法,正朝着以建筑物总能耗为目标设备能耗为单元,关联建筑物结构模式、用能形式、气象条件、设备性能等因素在内的系统评价方式发展。
EU energy performance of buildings directive (EPBD) , someprovisions of Vienna Agreement (ISO/CEN technical cooperation agreement) ,and ISO/TC86 plenary meeting were introduced. This paper analyzed the standards development of refrig-eration and air conditioning as well the future work of ISO/TC86/SC4. Refrigeration and AC consume larger part of the building energy,and the present main mode of testing and rating of products is changed to the mode of system evaluation,in which many factors are included,the building structure,type of energy use,meteorological data and equipment performances,etc. ,while gener-al energy consumption of the building as goal of testing and rating.
