半夏泻心汤加减结合复方嗜乳酸杆菌片治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性非萎缩性胃炎临床观察

Clinical observation of modified Banxia-xiexin decoction combined with compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets on the treatment of helicobacter pylori related chronic non-atrophic gastritis

目的观察半夏泻心汤加减结合复方嗜乳酸杆菌片治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性慢性非萎缩性胃炎(CNAG)的临床疗效。方法将128例Hp相关性CNAG患者随机分为2组,对照组64例采用Hp感染根治四联疗法治疗14 d,治疗组64例予复方嗜乳酸杆菌片联合半夏泻心汤加减口服治疗4周。2组治疗前后分别进行^(13)C尿素呼气试验,观察治疗前后临床症状积分及不良反应发生情况,并统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率92.18%,优于对照组(73.43%,P<0.05)。2组治疗后各项症状评分均降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组Hp根除率81.2%,对照组79.6%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后^(13)C呼气试验DOB值均降低(P<0.05);2组治疗后DOB值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率7.8%,明显低于对照组(25%,P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加减结合复方嗜乳酸杆菌片治疗Hp相关性CNAG安全、有效,建议推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of modified Banxia-xiexin decoction combined with compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets on the treatment of helicobacter pylori（Hp） related chronic non-atrophic gastritis（CNAG）.Methods 128 patients with Hp related CNAG were randomly divided into two groups.64 cases in control group were treated by Hp eradicated quadri-combination therapy for 14 d.64 cases in treatment group were treated by compound lactobacillus acidophilus tabletscombined with modified Banxia-xiexin decoction for oral administration for 4 weeks.The^13C breath test and clinical symptoms score before and after treatment were observed in two groups,as well as the adverse reaction.The curative effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（92.18%） was superior to that control group（73.43%,P〈0.05）.The scores of each symptoms after treatment were decreased in two groups（P〈0.05）,and the scores in treatment group were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.The Hp eradication rate in treatment and control group was 81.2%and 79.6%respectively,with no statistical differences（P〉0.05）.The DOB of ^13C breath test after treatment were decreased in two groups（P〈0.05）,and there was no statistical difference on DOB after treatment between two groups（P〉0.05）.The adverse reaction rate in treatment group（7.8%） was obviously lower than control group（25%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Modified Banxia-xiexin decoction combined with compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets have safe and effective effects on the treatment of Hp related CNAG,worthy of popularization and application.
