间接喉镜下平阳霉素瘤内注射治疗喉咽部血管瘤

Treatment of Laryngopharynx Hemangioma with Intratumoral Injection of Pingyangmycin under Indirect Laryngoscopy

目的探讨间接喉镜下平阳霉素瘤内注射治疗喉咽部血管瘤的效果。方法 25例确诊为喉咽部血管瘤患者表面麻醉后,在间接喉镜下充分暴露血管瘤,用稍作改良的扁桃体长针头扎入血管瘤内,再将平阳霉素缓慢注入瘤内至瘤表面苍白。结果 25例患者经2-5次平阳霉素瘤内注射,平均3.6次,治愈18例,显效7例。6个月后上随访均未复发。结论分次或多次在间接喉镜下平阳霉素瘤内注射治疗喉咽部血管瘤是一种简单、安全、有效的治疗方法,同时减轻了患者的经济负担。

Objective To investigate the effect of intratumoral injection of pingyangmycin under indirect laryngoscopy on laryngopharynx hemangioma.Methods Twenty-five patients with laryngopharynx hemangioma were treated with intratumoral injection of pingyangmycin.After topical anesthesia,the hemangioma was exposed fully under indirect laryngoscopy.Then,slightly modified tonsil needle was inserted into the hemangioma and pingyangmycin was injected slowly into the hemangioma until the tumor became pale.Results Patients were injected with pingyangmycin 2-5times（average 3.6times）.Among the 25 patients,18were cured and 7were markedly improved.After 1year of follow-up,no patients had recurrence.Conclusion Fractionated or multiple intratumoral injection of pingyangmycin under indirect laryngoscopy is simple,safe and effective for laryngopharynx hemangioma and reduces economic burden of patients.
