水胶体透明贴应用于Ⅱ类手术切口中的效果

Transparent Hydrogel Wound Dressing for Type Ⅱ Surgical Incisions

目的遵循湿性愈合理念,采用水胶体透明贴进行Ⅱ类手术切口的护理,并观察使用效果。方法选取80例泌尿外科手术后Ⅱ类切口患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用传统敷料进行切口处理,观察组采用水胶体透明贴进行处理。比较2组患者伤口感染情况、伤口护理工作量、伤口愈合时间等。结果 2组术后切口感染率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组换药次数较对照组少[(1.5±0.51)次比(2.65±1.96)次,P<0.05];伤口愈合时间也较对照组少[(8.47±0.64)d比(12.28±3.27)d,P<0.05]。结论水胶体透明贴运用于外科Ⅱ类切口护理,控制感染的优势表现不明显,但能加速愈合时间,促进伤口愈合,减轻护理工作量。

Objective According to concept of moist wound healing,transparent hydrogel wound dressing was used for the management of typeⅡsurgical incisions and its efficacy was observed.Methods Eighty patients with typeⅡincisions after urologic surgery were treated with either traditional dressing（control group,n=40）or transparent hydrogel dressing（observation group,n=40）for wound healing.Wound infection,nursing workload and healing time were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of wound infection between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Compared with traditional dressing,treatment with transparent hydrogel dressing decreased the frequency of dressing change[（1.5±0.51）times vs（2.65±1.96）times,P〈0.05]and shortened the time to wound healing[（8.47±0.64）days vs（12.28±3.27）days,P〈0.05].Conclusion Transparent hydrogel dressing cannot effectively control wound infection in the management of typeⅡ surgical incisions.But it can shorten healing time,promote wound healing and reduce nursing workload.
